What This Website Provides

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official Clinton County jail records, court files, Iowa DOC records, BOP records, ICE records, or VINELink records, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, file court documents, or change an official record.

The site points visitors toward Clinton County and Iowa inmate-record resources, including public-record access under Iowa Code Chapter 22 where applicable, and may connect users with third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use information from the site to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar screening decisions.
• Do not try to access private systems, accounts, files, or administrative areas.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with site availability or make the site harder for others to use.

No Consumer Reports or FCRA Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
